Inventory is averaging 125 +/- active single family homes from Barnegat Light to Beach Haven.Ā Looking ahead to post-Labor Day, buyers can anticipate a surge in listings, while sellers can find encouragement in the fact that closed sale prices are consistently aligning with the list prices. Will this Fall be the season that breaks the stalemate between buyers and sellers?
