The long-awaited Fall selling season has finally arrived, bringing with it a wave of new property listings that has sparked optimism among patiently waiting buyers. Data reveals a 35% uptick in listings for September 2023 compared to the same month in 2022. While pending sales for the year-over-year period show a slight dip, there are currently 46 homes under contract. As these transactions close, we can expect the average sale price to be positively influenced. It’s worth noting that demand still significantly outpaces the available supply. Here on Long Beach Island, the appeal for homes remains stronger than ever!
